Our admin-only block management service provides a cost-effective and budget-friendly alternative, giving you greater involvement and control over the management process. By leveraging our company infrastructure and access to advanced management software, you’ll benefit from professional support while maintaining a hands-on role.
Please note, our admin-only service is not a fully managed option, and you will not be assigned a property manager from Modbury Estates. Below, you’ll find a detailed breakdown of responsibilities for both parties:

Complete property inspections | Deal with any solicitors’ enquiries when a leaseholder sells their property (at an additional cost to the leaseholder who is selling) |
Provide emergency cover | Obtain competitive buildings insurance |
Obtain competitive D&O (Directors and Officers) insurance | |
Provide contacts to complete the necessary risk assessments | |
Give advice on most property matters or issues – we can resolve these on an hourly rate or fixed fee if required |
