Cleaning Services

We provide high quality cleaning services, which provide a more pleasant, and hygienic place to live or work. At Modbury Estates we are proud of the quality of our work – which ranges from office and industrial cleaning, to cleaning apartment blocks and smaller communal area cleaning needs.

We complete regular scheduled contract cleans, deep cleans, environment cleans and everything in between.

With a scope of work in place we regularly review our cleaning services to ensure your standards are met.

Grounds Maintenance

Our grounds maintenance operatives are passionate about their work. Creating beautiful outside spaces for both commercial properties and residential estates.

If you have large grounds which require a fully landscaped solution in line with any LEMP’s (Landscape Ecological Management Plan), or a smaller area which needs tending to periodically, we can assist.

We regularly review our contracts to ensure we are meeting seasonal requirements of landscaped areas and creating beautiful areas to work and live in.

Repairs and Maintenance

Our maintenance contractors being on hand 24/7 to assist with both reactive and planned maintenance and repairs allows for custom levels of service – keeping our clients, your clients, businesses, and residents happy.

Properties do get damaged, and due to our regular site visits built into our facilities management service we can quickly report and repair any damage. Providing you with a price as soon as possible and giving you peace of mind that any potential Health & Safety issues, or issues which will cause further property damage, will be dealt with promptly and correctly.

Electrical and Fire Safety

We have a team of vetted and trusted sub-contractors who complete electrical and fire safety works across our sites. We utilise our buying power to provide you with value for money on all electrical and fire safety items. This can include weekly fire alarm testing, monthly emergency light flick switch tests, fire alarm servicing, emergency light tests, automatic opening vent servicing, electrical installation condition reports and security systems.

We are also able to provide more specialist solutions for properties on a case-by-case basis, or tailor specific elements of our service for your property.
