Samuel is an expert, and respected professional, within the property management industry. He is a qualified member of the IRPM (The Institute of Residential Property Management) and is the chairman for the South West’s chapter of ARMA (The Association of Residential Managing Agents).

Samuel has worked for local managing agents, as well as nationwide companies, and throughout his career he has gained valuable experience of the legislation and requirements of the industry.

Samuel brings a hands-on approach to the business and has a true passion for delivering the highest levels of service to his clients.

Donna

Operations Manager

Donna has an extensive land and property background spanning more than 30 years.

Originally training as a cartographer with the Ordnance Survey, her expertise has expanded considerably to include estate and property management. Donna prides herself on her ability to work with our clients to ensure the highest levels of service and quality are maintained.

An advocate for customer engagement and communication she is passionate about excellent service levels and setting the highest standards for Modbury Estates and our clients.

Office Manager

Megan has over 10 years’ experience in the property industry, with a desire to achieve customer service excellence Megan helps to drive our standards forward as a company.

She has helped develop our company policies to be focused on our clients, whilst staying true to our company mission of putting people at the heart of property management. Day to day Megan handles the operations and logistics of the company.

Sarah

Property Manager

Sarah joined the Modbury Estates team as a Property Coordinator. She quickly took on more responsibility within the company due to her commitment to our clients and her understanding of the property management industry and was promoted to property manager.

Having previously gained experience and training from an independent property management company, and a regional property surveyors firm, Sarah has in depth knowledge of the industries requirements. With a background of working on property management finance, maintenance and legal works Sarah brings a friendly approach to the clients she acts on behalf of.

Property Manager

Leyton is an experienced military professional with proven success in both responsible and challenging roles. Since leaving the military Leyton has been involved in everything from asset management to close protection.

Leyton’s organisation skills and desire for excellence enables him to provide our clients with reliable services, and he enjoys organising contractors to ensure timeframes are met for repairs, maintenance, and compliance works.

Verity

Property Assistant

Verity is a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in administrative roles. With experience in managing emails, scheduling, finance and logistics Verity provides key support to the Modbury Estates team and our clients.

Previously working as a personal assistant for a busy family law barrister Verity has a great understanding of legal and compliance matters.

With a BSc (Hons) in Psychology Verity is transferring the knowledge and skills she has acquired into the property management industry with the goal of gaining a wider understanding on the ‘human’ elements for how firms operate – and more importantly how we can improve on such.
