Benjamin Elliott
Associate Director
With over 13 years of experience in the real estate and built environment sectors, Ben is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and property expert. As a shareholder in Modbury Estates, Ben provides valuable experience and advice for the company’s operations for property surveying, maintenance and operational aspects. Where required Ben can provide our clients with advice on all property matters, ranging from building surveys to full project management.
Ben has a background in residential development, particularly repurposing and converting commercial and industrial properties into residential spaces. As an active investor that has overseen millions of developments, he thrives on the variety that surveying and working in the built environment offer.

Penny Reynolds-Woodward
Head of Property Services
With over 20 years of experience in property management, Penny is a seasoned professional dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Her deep knowledge and expertise encompass all aspects of property management, from overseeing complex portfolios to providing tailored solutions for clients.
Penny’s commitment to excellence and her proactive approach make her a trusted and valued member of the Modbury Estates team.

Megan Thompson
Office Manager
Megan has over 10 years’ experience in the property industry, with a desire to achieve customer service excellence Megan helps to drive our standards forward as a company.
She has helped develop our company policies to be focused on our clients, whilst staying true to our company mission of putting people at the heart of property management. Day to day Megan handles the operations and logistics of the company.

Sarah Franklin
Property Manager
Sarah joined the Modbury Estates team as a Property Coordinator. She quickly took on more responsibility within the company due to her commitment to our clients and her understanding of the property management industry and was promoted to property manager.
Having previously gained experience and training from an independent property management company, and a regional property surveyors firm, Sarah has in depth knowledge of the industries requirements. With a background of working on property management finance, maintenance and legal works Sarah brings a friendly approach to the clients she acts on behalf of.

Leyton Milne
Property Coordinator
Leyton is an experienced military professional with proven success in both responsible and challenging roles. Since leaving the military Leyton has been involved in everything from asset management to close protection.
Leyton’s organisation skills and desire for excellence enables him to provide our clients with reliable services, and he enjoys organising contractors to ensure timeframes are met for repairs, maintenance, and compliance works.

Property Coordinator
Chloe has a strong background in residential lettings and sales, along with valuable experience in facilities management. In her role, she excels at coordinating contractors for property maintenance and setting up planned maintenance schedules. Chloe ensures that all operational aspects run smoothly, handling administrative tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
Her proactive approach and organisational skills enable her to effectively manage maintenance requests and support the overall functionality of properties. Chloe is dedicated to providing excellent service, ensuring that both clients and contractors have a seamless experience.

Accounts Manager
Lauren is a detail-oriented professional specialising in accounting and finance. With a passion for numbers, she excels in managing financial processes and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
Her deep understanding of service charge accounts allows her to provide comprehensive financial reports that give our clients clear insights into their property finances. Prior to joining our team, Lauren gained valuable experience working with numerous local companies, holding various roles from bookkeeping to financial management.
