The Property Ombudsman (TPO)
The Property Ombudsman (TPO) has been providing trusted, independent dispute resolution services since 1990. As a government-approved scheme, TPO ensures consumers and property agents have access to impartial redress, fostering trust and fairness in resolving disputes between parties in the property sector.
Whilst being members of, associated with, trained by, or regulated by the above companies – we also hold suitable company insurances, including public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
All our management practices comply with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) standards and codes, including the Service Charge and Residential Management Code of Practice.
